Whispering Meadows phase 2 is an age restricted community. All applicants and residents must be age 55 and over to apply. This beautiful community is currently under construction. We expect the first set of buildings to be ready for move-in by March 28, 2025. If you wish to be placed on our approved waiting list, please apply online using our wait list unit here. Security deposit equals one month rent. 12 month lease is required. $50 application fee per applicant. Move-in administration fee is $50. Pet policy allows for up to 2 pets (cat or dog) under 40lbs. Pet rent is $20 for 1st pet and $30 total for two pets. $300 non-refundable pet fee is required. For more information about our pet policy, please call us.

The resident is responsible for paying a monthly utility fee of $30.00 for a 1BR and $35 for a 2BR to the property owner for reimbursement of water, sewer, and trash. This monthly utility fee is locked in during the course of the lease term and is subject to adjustment at lease renewal.
