Independence Valley is an age restricted community. All applicants and residents must be age 55 and over to apply. You will be required to complete the full rental application and pay the required non-refundable application fee. 1BR - 1BA - Rent Range $605 to $675
2BR - 1BA - Rent Range $750 to $800
2BR - 1.5BA - Rent Range $850 to $950
2BR - 2BA - $1,000

Security deposit equals one month rent. 12 month lease is required. $50 application fee per applicant. Pet policy allows for up to 2 pets (cat or dog) under 40lbs.
